This policy describes how PokerFlow collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
PFLOW (SAS, registration number 944 586 437), 162 Clos des Vignes, 38300 Meyrié, France, reachable at pokerflow.pro@gmail.com.
Data collected
- Account data: email address and authentication credentials (managed through Amazon Cognito).
- Game data: hand histories and tournament results imported from your poker clients, used to calculate your statistics.
- Technical data: information strictly necessary for the application to work.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to provide the results-tracking service (performance of the contract) and to improve the application (legitimate interest). It is not sold to third parties.
Hosting and processors
Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure (Europe — Paris region, eu-west-3), the only technical processor to date.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days. Invoices and billing records are kept for 10 years after the transaction, as French commercial law requires. See how to delete your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as a right to object. To exercise these rights, contact pokerflow.pro@gmail.com. To erase your account specifically, follow the steps on the account deletion page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
The marketing website does not use advertising cookies or trackers requiring consent.
