Delete your PokerFlow account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to pokerflow.pro@gmail.com from the email address linked to your PokerFlow account.
2. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject of your email.
3. We confirm your request by reply, then permanently delete your account and your data within 30 days.

We only ask for the email address on the account, so that we can verify the request comes from you. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: your history cannot be restored afterwards.

What is deleted

The following data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request:

• Your account and your email address
• Your bankrolls and their balances
• Your deposits, withdrawals and transfers
• Your sessions and your session history
• Your tournament results
• Your imported hand histories
• Your friends and pending friend requests
• The sessions you shared, and their public links
• Your table placement layouts

What is kept, and for how long

Invoices and billing records relating to a paid subscription are kept for 10 years after the transaction, as French commercial law (Code de commerce) requires. They are retained solely to meet that accounting obligation, are not used in the application, and are not linked to any active account once deletion is complete.

No other data is kept beyond the 30-day period described above.

Effect on your subscription

Deleting your account ends your access to PokerFlow, including any remaining paid period. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from the subscription page, then request deletion. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription taken out through a third party.
